Rule amendment: disk-space limit: 50GB

Dear Turing Test Aficionado,

After e-mail discussion with entrants, we have decided to increase the disk-usage limit to 50GB per entry--which includes space for the software distribution, internal data, and work space for program execution and output. We hope that this expanded disk-space resource meets the needs of all competition entries.
