Dear Turing test aficionados,

Some brief updates on the competitions:

1. To assist us with planning, if you intend to submit an entry any of the three competitions (PoetiX, DigiList, AlgoRhythms) then we would appreciate it if you sent us a brief e-mail with your name and which competition you intend to enter, please e-mail: turingtests@math.dartmouth.edu.

Rule amendment: disk-space limit: 50GB

Dear Turing Test Aficionado,

After e-mail discussion with entrants, we have decided to increase the disk-usage limit to 50GB per entry--which includes space for the software distribution, internal data, and work space for program execution and output. We hope that this expanded disk-space resource meets the needs of all competition entries.

Please let us know if you have further questions. Amendments have been posted on the competition Web site:

Thank you for your interest in the "Turing Tests in the Creative Arts" challenges. We have posted updated rules for each of the three competitions.
In short, we are allowing up to 50GB of disk space for your software to use.

Updates, New Deadline: April 15th

Dear Turing Test Community,

We are now receiving entries to the Neukom Institute's Turing Tests in the Creative Arts, and the first entries are in. With six weeks until the (updated) deadline of April 15th, 2016, we are looking forward to seeing your creative efforts.

We are still working out the logistics of the competition announcements as well as the judge list and hope to have some news on that soon. We also anticipate announcing some exciting developments with respect to our NPR collaboration on this project.
